In this tutorial I used

I used PSP 9 but any version should work

Font I used – Betty Noir

Mask – Of your choice

Drop Shadow I used – 0 2 25 8

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 600 and fill with white

Add your drop shadow as you go along 

Paper 03 - Add mask - Delete mask - Merge Group

Frame 06 - resize to 62 – Duplicate - Place in position 

Paper 03 – Place under bottom Frame 06 – Expand by 10

Tube – I resized mine to 40 – Place in position

Element 014 – resize to 55 – Place in position

Erase – Tube underneath the Frame 06

Erase – Top Frame 06 that is over the tube and Element 014

Element 058 - resize to 30 - Place in position

Element 059 - resize to 30 - Place in position 

Element 057 - resize to 37 - Place in position 

Element 061 - resize to 65 - Place in position

Element 0118 - resize to 60 – Duplicate – Mirror - Place in position 

Element 0100 - resize to 50 - Place in position

Element 08 - resize to 30 - Place in position

Element 0106 - resize to 30 - Place in position

Element 06 - resize to 25 – Mirror – Duplicate - Place in position

Element 049 – resize to 27 – Place in position

Element 021 – resize to 35 – Place in position

Element 023 – resize to 35 – Place in position

Element 067 – resize to 35 – Place in position

Element 087 – resize to 20 – Place in position

Element 086 – resize to 12 – Place in position

Element 0112 – resize to 50 – Place in position

Add any other elements you would like

Merge Visable

Resize your tag 

Add Copyright information

Add name
