I used PSP 9 but any version should work

Font I used – Beyond The Mountains

Animation – Snow 167

Drop Shadow I used – 0 2 25 8

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 600 and fill with white

Add your drop shadow as you go along 

Element 74 - resize to 75 - Place in position 

Paper 15 – resize to 60 – Place under Element 74 – Expand by 10

Tube – I resized mine to 40 – Place in position

Element 63 – resize to 50 – Mirror – Place in position

Element 31 - resize to 40 - Place in position

Element 54 - resize to 60 - Place in position 

Element 27 - resize to 35 - Place in position 

Element 45 - resize to 40 - Place in position

Element 30 - resize to 40 - Place in position 

Element 20 - resize to 10 – Slightly to the right - Place in position

Element 19 - resize to 10 – Slightly to the left - Place in position

Element 60 - resize to 70 - Place in position

Element 89 - resize to 20 - Place in position

Element 75 – resize to 50 – Place in position

Add any other elements you would like

Duplicate twice –

First Copy – Delete all layers to the paper layer

Merge Visable

Add Copyright information

Add name

Second Copy – Delete Paper layer and snow (Keep this layer PSP)

Open up Animation in Animation – Resize to 60 (30 frames)

Copy First Copy (with name) in Animation duplicate to 30 frames

Select all – Copy – Paste in Animation in to selected frames

Copy Second Copy in to Animation – Duplicate 30 times

Select all – Paste in to selected frames
