In this tutorial I used

 I used Lysisange tube- you can purchase her/his tubes here - You need a license to use her/his tubes –

I used PSP 9 but any version should work

Font I used – S’orieno

Mask – Of your choice

Drop Shadow I used – 0 2 25 8

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 600 and fill with white

Add your drop shadow as you go along 

Paper 9 - Add mask - Delete mask - Merge Group

Element 84 - resize to 77 – Hue & Saturation – Colorize – 25/48 - Place in position 

Tube – I resized mine to 25 – Place in position

Element 64 – resize to 37 – Mirror – Place in position

Element 26 - resize to 50 – Mirror - Place in position

Element 6 - resize to 30 – Duplicate - Mirror - Place in position 

Element 11 - resize to 25 - Place in position 

Element 50 - Place in position

Element 49 - resize to 50 - Place in position 

Element 4 - resize to 30 - Place in position

Element 43 - resize to 25 - Place in position

Element 61 - resize to 35 - Place in position

Element 83 - resize to 25 – Erase the handle - Place in position

Element 63 – resize to 15 – Place in position

Add any other elements you would like

Merge Visable

Resize your tag 

Add Copyright information

Add name
