In this tutorial I used

 I used Keith Garvey  tube- you can purchase her/his tubes here - You need a license to use her/his tubes – 

He has closed down his store - Be announcement where he will be selling his tubes in October

I used PSP 9 but any version should work

Font I used – American Bush Shame

Mask – Of your choice

Drop Shadow I used – 0 2 25 8

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 600 and fill with white

Add your drop shadow as you go along 

Paper 1 - Add mask - Delete mask - Merge Group

Frame - resize to 65 - Place in position - Duplicate

Paper 2 – Place under Frame – Expand by 10 

Tube – I resized mine to 90 – Place under top Frame – Place in position

Erase tube underneath the frame

Top frame – Erase the frame that is covering the tube you want to show in your creation

Splash2 – Duplicate – Close out the orginal

Blue Star – Paper 2 – Expand by 10

White Star – Paper 4 – Expand by 10

Red Star – Paper 1 – Expand by 10

Merge Visable – resized to 40

Duplicate – Mirror

Place in positon

Flag - resize to 40 - Place in position

Banner 3 - resize to 40 - Place in position 

Cuppy - resize to 25 - Place in position 

Firework2 - resize to 40 – Duplicate - Place in position

Button - resize to 25 - Place in position 

Flower - resize to 20

Hue & Saturation – Colorize – 0/255 – Place in positon

Hue & Saturation – Colorize – 158/255 – Place in position

Add any other elements you would like

Merge Visable

Resize your tag 

Add Copyright information

Add name
