In this tutorial I used

Used the beautiful kit from Bibi’s Collection - PTU kit called Emily Doll - You can purchase the kit here –

 I used Janah Irinya tube- you can purchase her/his tubes here - You need a license to use her/his tubes  -

I used PSP 9 but any version should work

Font I used – Arabella

Drop Shadow I used – 0 2 25 8

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 600 and fill with white

Add your drop shadow as you go along 

Element 78 - resize to 50 - Place in position 

Element 102 - resize to 52 - Place in position

Paper 9 – Place under Element 102 – Expand by 10

Element 100 – resize to 40 – Place under Element 102 – Expand by 10

Element 96 - resize to 50 - Place in position 

Element 32 - resize to 20 - Mirror - Place in position 

Element 30 - resize to 25 - Place in position

Element 27 - resize to 40 - Place in position 

Element 29 - resize to 35 - Place in position

Element 88 - resize to 30 - Place in position

Element 45 - resize to 18 - Place in position

Element 7 - resize to 22 - Place in position

Element 82 – resize to 17 – Place in position

Element 111 – resize to 40 – Place in position

Element 97 – resize to 50 – Place in position – Erase string

Add any other elements you would like

Merge Visable

Resize your tag 

Add Copyright information

Add name
