In this tutorial I used

Used the beautiful kit from Lil Mz’s Brainstorm - PTU kit called  - You can purchase the kit here –

 I used Lady Mishka tube- Tube is included with the kit

I used PSP 9 but any version should work

Font I used – Haunting Attraction

Mask – Of your choice

Drop Shadow I used – 0 2 25 8

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 600 and fill with white

Add your drop shadow as you go along 

Paper 6 - Add mask - Delete mask - Merge Group

Element 2 - resize to 80 - Place in position 

Paper – 6 – resize to 80 – Place behind Element 2 – Expand by 10

Tube – I resized mine to 65 – Place in position

Element 64 – resize to 50 – Place in position

Element 61 - resize to 40 - Place in position

Element 4 - resize to 50 – Rotate slightly to the right - Mirror - Place in position 

Element 34 - resize to 70 - Place in position 

Element 34 - resize to 60 – Duplicate 3 times - Place in position – Merge down

Element 85 - resize to 23 – Mirror - Place in position 

Element 84 - resize to 23 - Place in position

Element - resize to - Place in position

Element 94 - resize to 15 - Place in position

Element 95 - resize to 15 - Place in position

Element 23 – resize to 25 – Place in position

Element 32 – resize to 32 – Place in position

Element 59 – Place in position

Element 24 – Place in position

Element 83 – resize to 60 – Place in position

Element 74 – resize to 15 – Place in position

Element 71 – resize to 15 – Duplicate 3 times – Merge down

Add any other elements you would like

Merge Visable

Resize your tag 

Add Copyright information

Add name
