In this tutorial I used

 I used Pin Up Toons tube- you can purchase her/his tubes here - You need a license to use her/his tubes –

I used PSP 9 but any version should work

Font I used – Onyx

Mask – Of your choice

Drop Shadow I used – 0 2 25 8

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 600 and fill with white

Add your drop shadow as you go along 

Paper 18 and 2 - Add mask - Delete mask - Merge Group

Element el53 - resize to 76 – Hue and Saturation – Colorize – 12 -233 - Place in position 

Paper 2 – Place behind Element el53 – Expand by 2 – Duplicate – Expand by 2 – Merge down

Tube – I used Pin Up Toons – 13-2 Fairy Bee

Element el75 – resize to 40 – Place in position

Element el76 - resize to 22 - Place in position

Element el82 - resize to 22 - Place in position 

Element el26 - resize to 50 - Place in position 

Element el30 - resize to 55 – Hue and Saturation – Colorize – 14 – 233 - Place in position

Element el54 - resize to 40 – Duplicate – Mirror - Place in position 

Element el49 - resize to 15 – Mirror - Place in position

Element el4 - resize to 15 - Place in position

Element el3 - resize to 12 - Place in position

Element el66 - resize to 50 - Place in position

Element el69 – resize to 15 – Duplicate – Place in position

Element el81 – resize to 50 – Place in position

Element el77 – resize to 15 – Place in position

Element el72 – resize to 12 – Place in position

Element el38 – resize to 12 – Place in position

Element el88 – resize to 12 – Place in position

Element el85 – resize to 30 – Place in position

Element el105 – resize to 80 – Place in position

Add any other elements you would like

Merge Visable
