 I used The Hunter – Doll Fairy 1 tube- you can purchase his tubes here - You need a license to use his tubes  -

I used PSP 9 but any version should work

Font I used – S’orieno

Mask – Of your choice

Drop Shadow I used – 0 2 25 8

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 600 and fill with white

Add your drop shadow as you go along 

Paper 9 - Add mask - Delete mask - Merge Group

Tube – If you are using the same tube as I did – I resize it to 50

Element 82 - resize to 165 - Place in position 

Element 37 - resize to 90 -- Place in position

Element 32 - resize to 50 - Place in position 

Element 48 - resize to 80 – Duplicate – place on left side and copy in the middle back – See mine as placement – Merge down – Duplicate – Move to right side – See mine for placement – Merge down    

Element 23 - resize to 45 - Mirror -- Place in position

Element 22 - resize to 80 - Mirror - Place in position 

Element 62 - resize to 40 - Place in position 

Element 52 - resize to 40 - Place in position

Element 54 - resize to 60 - Place in position

Element 26 - resize to 40 - Place in position

Element 18 - resize to 30 - Mirror - Place in position

Element 25 - resize to 15 - Place in position

Element 20 – resize to 45 – Place in position

Element 12 – resize to 30 – Place in position

Element 94 – resize to 80 – Place in position

Element 105 – resize to 80 – Place in position

Add any other elements you would like

Delete white background

Merge Visable

Resize your tag 

Add Copyright information

Add name
