I used PSP 9 but any version should work

Font I used – Pirates Bay

Mask – Of your choice

Drop Shadow I used – 0 2 25 8

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 600 and fill with white

Add your drop shadow as you go along 

Paper 009 - Add mask - Delete mask - Merge Group

Element 047 - resize to 83 - Place in position 

Paper 009 – resize to 60 – Place under Element 047 – Expand by 10

Tube – I resized mine to 19 – Place in position

Element 014 - resize to 45 - Place in position

Element 015 - resize to 50 – Rotate slightly to the right - Place in position 

Element 023 - resize to 30 - Place in position 

Element 013 - resize to 45 - Place in position

Element 050 - resize to 40 - Place in position 

Element 052 - resize to 23 – Mirror – Rotate slightly to the left - Place in position

Element 054 - resize to 23 - Place in position

Element 033 - resize to 55 - Place in position

Element 046 - resize to 50 - Place in position

Element 060 – resize to 50 – Duplicate – Place in position – Merge down

Element 056 – resize to 30 – Place in position

Element 041 – resize to 30 – Place in position

Element 027 – resize to 30 – Place in position

Element 025 – resize to 25 – Place in position

Add any other elements you would like

Merge Visable

Paper 3 – resize to 60 – Place under Element 8 – Expand by 10

Tube I resized mine to 30 – Place under Element 8 – Place in position

Erase – tube under Element 8

Erase – frame that covers the tube

Duplicate the tube on both sides –

Top layer – Gaussian Blur – 5.00 – Screen – Luminance(L)

Merge Visiable

Resize to 30 – Place in position

Element 81 – resize to 25 – Place in position

Element 86 – resize to 15 – Mirror – Place in position

Luminance(L) – Opacity at 60 – Merge visiable

Resize to 85
