I used PSP 9 but any version should work

Font I used – Cocktail Bubbly

Mask – Of your choice

Drop Shadow I used – 0 2 25 8

Open a new transparent canvas 700 by 600 and fill with white

Add your drop shadow as you go along 

New Raster Layer – Fill with Black - Add mask - Delete mask - Merge Group

Element 09 (Frame) - resize to 80 – Duplicate – Erase any part of the frame that covers the part of the tube you want to show in your tag – See mine as a reference - Place in position 

New Raster Layer – Behind Element 09 – Fill with black – Expand by 18

Tube – I resized mine to 55 – Place in position – Behind Element 09 - (Erase tube under the frame)

Element 109 - resize to 90 – Duplicate – Expand by 15 – Erase the frame that is on showing on the top – See mine as a reference - Place in position

Element 062 - resize to 40 - Place in position 

Element 01 - resize to 55 - Place in position 

Element 074 - resize to 55 - Place in position

Element 078 - resize to 55 - Place in position 

Element 085 - Place in position

Element 011 - resize to 40 - Place in position

Element 018 - resize to 30 - Place in position

Element 023 - resize to 40 – Rotate to the left to your likening - Place in position

Element 021 – resize to 45 – Place in position

Element 016 – resize to 50 – Place in position

Element 036 – resize to 60 – Place in position

Element 0118 – resize to 80 – Place in position

Element 0117 – resize to 60 – Place in position

Add any other elements you would like

Merge Visable
